1. Acceptance

By using Futlink, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Futlink.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account credentials / Hesap bilgilerinizden siz sorumlusunuz
  • One account per person / Kişi başına tek hesap
  • Accurate information required / Doğru bilgi sağlanmalıdır
  • You may delete your account at any time / Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use bots
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
  • Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
  • Share or sell account access
  • Reverse-engineer the application
  • Disrupt game servers or other users' experience

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Futlink — including code, design, graphics, sounds, and game mechanics — is owned by the developer. Player names, team names, and other football data are used for information purposes.

6. In-App Purchases

  • Mobile purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store
  • Refunds follow the respective store's policy
  • Premium subscriptions remove ads and unlock features
  • Prices may vary by region

7. Advertising

Free users on mobile will see advertisements. Ads appear at natural break points and never interrupt active gameplay. Rewarded video ads are always optional.

8. Disclaimers

Futlink is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free service or specific game outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of Futlink.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

11. Governing Law

For Turkish users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by Istanbul Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees.

For international users: These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, with disputes subject to Istanbul Courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
